Jenny Murray, the founding Director of Spectrum HR, has over 10 years HR experience in both the Public and Private sectors. Jenny has worked for many organisations including a local consultancy firm, Grampian Police and latterly held senior positions within the HR Department at AMEC.

Spectrum HR currently provides an outsourced HR service to organisations in the Oil & Gas, IT, Finance and Public Relations sectors. Spectrum HR has actively been involved in driving strategy within these businesses as well as delivering a hands-on HR approach in day to day activities. In addition Spectrum HR has provided HR project support to local consultancy organisations and agricultural firms.
