Do you want to know that you can pick up the phone and get reliable, knowledgeable HR support as and when you need it but you don’t want or feel you need an HR presence within your business on a regular basis? Whether it be for a quick piece of advice or to assist in full scale people management issues arising at the time this is the service for you. This service allows you to purchase a 'bank of hours' which you can then use 'as and when' you require HR support.
This service will include a contract review and regular employment law updates as appropriate.

Spectrum 2 – HR Support

Do you recognise that you want or need HR support within your business but don’t want full time support or the employer costs which come with having your own HR team? This service offers a pre defined number of days per week or month for the provision of the full level of HR service to your business. HR support can be provided remotely or in-house to suit the needs of the business.
This service will include a contract review and regular employment law updates as appropriate.

Spectrum 3 – Consultancy Support

Do you need HR support for a one off project – either to support your current HR team or to provide you with HR expertise where your business does not have this already? This service provides one off support or project specific work to your business. For example this could be a recruitment campaign, redundancy process, the creation of policies and procedures, training, or the handling of a particular employee issue which would benefit from external support.
